Our Purpose

East Coast Controls LLC is a building automation and controls installation company focused on delivering high-quality field installation, commissioning support, system integration assistance, and long-term project execution services throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware.

We specialize in supporting Building Automation contractors by providing experienced field personnel capable of executing commercial HVAC controls projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.

As an owner-operated company, we are personally involved in every project. We take pride in delivering dependable workmanship, clear communication, and reliable project support. Our goal is simple: help our partners successfully deliver projects on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Meet the Team

Andrew (Drew) Golder

Drew began his controls career in 2006, just one year after graduating high school.

Over the years, he has worked in nearly every operational role within the BAS industry, including Installation, Project Management, Regional Management, and Director-level leadership positions. This experience has given him a complete understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver BAS Installation projects from concept to completion.

Ryan's professional journey began with service in the United States Marine Corps, including an overseas deployment.

After returning home, he attended York Technical Institute and entered the HVAC industry. It didn't take long before Drew and Devin introduced him to Building Automation, where he quickly found his passion.

Since 2013, Ryan has held roles in Installation, Field Management, and Project Management, overseeing BAS project portfolios ranging from $6 million to $10 million at a time. His leadership, organization, and field experience make him an invaluable part of our team.

Devin golder

Devin entered the BAS industry in 2011, beginning in Electrical and BAS installation before transitioning into management.

After several years in management, he moved into service operations where he managed a BAS Remote Monitoring Center. His technical expertise eventually led him into Account Management and Sales, where he became known for bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs.

Today, Devin brings a unique blend of installation, service, operational, and client-facing experience to East Coast Controls.
